Is it Walt Disney's private Disneyland apartment that overlooks Main Street USA? It is located above the Main Street firehouse.

As some may know there is actually an apartment located above the Fire Station built for Walt and his family. Walt would often come to the park early in the mornings and watch as the many guest entered the park. Walts wife Lilian would often use the apartment for her afternoon tea and to entertain guest. The apartment was designed by Emil Kuri, a set designer for many Disney films, and also the decorator of Main Street, itself. It also has its very own patio overlooking the square. The apartment still exist today although many of the antiques it was originally decorated with have since been removed.
Now as for the Light you see in the window. This was actually a light, or as I like to call it "Walts Candle", that Walt turned on whenever he first entered the park. Cast members knew that when the light was on, the boss was in the park and to be on there best behavior. After Walt passed away in 1966 the light has remained on ever since in honor of Walt and to show his spirit will forever live within the park.
What was the 105 clue you ask? Just look at the front of the building. This was actually the address of the Fire Station, 105 Town Square. When first built every store had there own address. Some have been removed but some can still be seen, like the Hotel Marceline - 106 E. Center Street. Theres that Marceline Name again, lol.
Anyway, just a short history of Disneys Fire Station Apartment.
